What’s included in the price of the studio?
All studios include high-speed Wi-Fi, regular cleaning, utilities (water, electricity, climate control), a fully equipped kitchen and a private bathroom. Full details are available when booking.
How can I make a booking?
You can book directly on our official website, by phone or via email. We recommend booking early, especially for long-term stays.
Can I stay for several months?
Yes. Numad Studios offers flexible long-term accommodation as well as short stays. Just send us your dates and we’ll share the options available.
Is remote working possible?
Absolutely. Every studio includes a desk, natural light and high-speed Wi-Fi. There are also shared spaces designed for studying or working in peace.
Is breakfast included?
That depends on the rate you choose. If it’s not included, you can add it during booking or on arrival. Breakfast is served at Tilia Deli & Café, just next to Arima Hotel.
Can I access the gym or spa?
Yes, you can book gym access or treatments at Foresta Wellness, located within Arima Hotel. Ask at reception or by email for availability, prices and schedules.
Are pets allowed?
We love animals, but to ensure a calm atmosphere for all guests, pets are not currently allowed at Numad Studios. Thanks for your understanding — we still look forward to welcoming you.
Is there parking available?
We don’t have private parking, but public parking is available near Numad Studios. Feel free to ask us for tips on where to park before your arrival.
Where is Numad Studios and how do I get there?
We’re located in the Miramon Technology Park, in San Sebastian — a peaceful, green area with excellent public transport links. Bus lines 17 and 28 connect directly to the city centre.
